Jeju LeadSoft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) provides the following Terms of Service to explain the usage of the AI Coin Analysis App (the “Service”).

1. Overview
The Service provides analytical data on the cryptocurrency market using technical indicators such as RSI, MACD, moving averages, and trading volume. This is an informational tool only, not financial advice or investment solicitation.

2. Limitation of Responsibility
The Service does not promote or recommend the purchase of any specific cryptocurrency. The Company is not responsible for any investment outcomes based on the information provided. All investment decisions must be made solely by the user.

3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and above. If a user under 14 accesses the Service, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required. The Company is not responsible for payments made without such consent. All purchases are governed by Google’s payment policy.

4. Payment & Subscription
Paid features (e.g., ad removal, premium analysis) are provided via in-app purchases through Google Play. These transactions are managed by the user’s Google account. The Company does not have access to or control over subscription status or cancellations. Users must manage these directly via Google Play.

5. Privacy and Data Usage
The Company does not collect or share any personal information outside of what is handled by Google. Login is managed through Google Authentication, and advertisements may be shown via Google AdMob according to Google's privacy policy.

6. Data Security
User data is securely managed using Firebase Authentication and Firestore. Market preferences and app settings are encrypted and not shared with third parties.

7. Account Deletion and Withdrawal
If a user deletes their account in the app, all related data (e.g., Firestore documents, authentication info) is deleted immediately. However, subscriptions made through Google Play may still be resto
